Yes. The Parque Terra Mágica Florybal has a large free parking lot for the comfort of its visitors.

We do not allow the entrance with snacks inside the park, due to the lack of space for picnics. We have the Castelo Restaurant with a minute wing starting at R $ 25.00 and the Pastry Shop located next door with snacks and varied prices.

Birthdays of the day presenting photo document do not pay the entry.

Some toys in PlayGround have restrictions, the Toyman, for example, is only allowed for children up to 1.45cm, electronic games have a time limit of 5 minutes and the train for children up to 10 years.
At Cinema 7D we recommend for children from 4 years. In Pterodactyl Flight with only 1.20cm and maximum weight of 100kg the same restrictions apply to Velociraptor.
At Play Up we have toys for children from 90cm as Mini Tower, Mini Ferris Wheel, Mini Viking Boat and Buggy Strollers.
Zip line is only recommended for children at least 1.20cm.

Yes, the Park has a free shuttle to request it you should call directly from the hotel / hostel, from Canela or Gramado, on the day of the tour with 20 minutes in advance to the phone 54 3905-3600. For the return to the hotel the shuttle operates every hour from 12h leaving directly from the parking lot of the Park.

We work normally on rainy days, because although the trail is open air the attractions themselves are covered. We have the sale in the Park Hoods and umbrella. The independent value of the day is the same.

We do not have pharmacy in the Park, however we counted on an ambulatory with all the equipment necessary for the realization of the first aid together with a specialized
nursing technique

Moradores de Canela e Gramado possuem desconto para visitação ao parque. É obrigatória a apresentação do RG e uma conta de água, luz, internet ou telefone na hora da compra do ingresso e, também, no acesso às catracas. Cada morador pode retirar até 5 (cinco) ingressos, sendo que todos devem apresentar RG e morar na mesma residência. O valor promocional é R$ 60 por pessoa, tanto adultos quanto crianças. O ingresso é válido somente para o mesmo dia em que for comprado.

Priming and prioritizing the best for our visitors, made available from the rental of Electric Scooters, Baby Carriages and Wheelchair Loan.

• The Scooter can be rented directly at the ticket office for the amount of R$ 50.00 every two hours with an increase of R$ 12,50 every half hour overtime;

• The Baby Carriage can be rented directly at the box office for R$ 20.00 without time limit;

• We can lend a wheelchair, check availability at the Park ticket office.

We allow the entrance of strollers and wheelchairs themselves.

Small and medium-sized animals are allowed. Being entirely under the responsibility of the owner and on the guide during the tour.

Os pets podem percorrer todo o parque e dependências, exceto o Playground.

Not! There is only one park, we have themed stores selling and producing chocolates, we also offer visits to the Florybal chocolate factory. Information by calling (54) 3905-3600

Included in your ticket is the Chocolate Mine where is our Mini Factory, the toys of the Playground, the Roller Coaster Simulator, Django Gan, the Dracula Cave, the Dinosaur Territory where we have around 50 Jurassic animals, some animatronics, the Mobile Dino Tour, Archaeological Excavation, the Wizard House, the Fairy House, the Zip Line, the Stage Theater, Puppet Theater and the Aerobike , where a presentation with all our characters. All this amidst an outdoor trail with different photo scenarios and over 1,000 life-size sculptures!

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Django Gan attractions, playground and Cinema 7D are closed to the public to avoid crowds.

The attractions that are not included in the park entrance fee are:

• Cinema 7D:

• Flight of Pterodactyl:

· R $ 20,00 (up to 1,20 and maximum 100 kilos)
